Mackenzie, PMHNP, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who is currently accepting new patients aged 11 and older. She specializes in a range of mental health issues, including Anxiety, Depression (Major Depressive Disorder, Postpartum Period/Blues/Depression/Medications & Breastfeeding), Mild to Major Depressive Disorders, Autism, Asperger’s, ADHD, Disordered Eating (Binge Eating, Yo-Yo Dieting, Food Noise, Emotional), Mood Disorders, Bipolar II, and support for Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse, as well as issues related to Adolescence and Family Conflict. With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Mackenzie approaches her patients with kindness, compassion, and a genuine desire to help. She focuses on the specific challenges faced by her patients through methods like Talk Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and Non-Directive Counseling. For those seeking additional support, Mackenzie also offers online counseling and telehealth mental health services to help you work through your concerns and challenges. She may assist with Medication Management, Individual Counseling, Mental Health Evaluations, Diagnostic Assessments, Intake Sessions/Labs, FMLA, and necessary documentation. Mackenzie graduated with honors from Jacksonville University and accepts several insurance plans, including Regence, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, HMA, First Choice, Aetna, UMP, Asuris, and more. Outside of her practice, Mackenzie enjoys gardening, hiking, going to the beach, and being outdoors with family and friends.
