More About Me

Hi there, I’m Henry Suarez

If your mind feels busy, heavy, or hard to trust at times, you’re not alone. Many people come to me when they feel anxious, depressed, distracted, or overwhelmed by their own thoughts and emotions. Some are trying to understand why their mood shifts, why they feel disconnected from themselves, or why certain thoughts keep showing up. My role is to help you feel safer inside your own mind, more grounded in your daily life, and more understood as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.

My focus

I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating:
• Anxiety and depression
• ADHD and concentration difficulties
• Trauma and PTSD
• Bipolar disorder and mood instability
• Grief and loss
• Autism and neurodevelopmental differences
• OCD and intrusive thoughts
• Stress, emotional overwhelm, and coping difficulties

Many of my clients come to me feeling unsure of what their symptoms mean or how to manage them. Together, we look at the full picture of your experiences so we can create a plan that actually fits your life and helps you move forward with clarity.

My communication style

Clients describe my style as empathetic, practical, and collaborative. I take time to listen, explain things in simple and clear ways, and create a space where you can speak openly without feeling judged. I focus on building trust and understanding what you’re going through so your treatment feels supportive and realistic.

My journey to mental healthcare

I chose this field because I’ve seen how strongly mental health affects relationships, families, and overall well-being. Helping people move from confusion and fear toward clarity and confidence is deeply meaningful to me. Supporting you through that process is a responsibility I take seriously.

My first session with you

In our first session, we slow things down and focus on understanding what you’re experiencing. We talk about your symptoms, what feels hardest right now, and what you want to change. I explain everything in simple, honest language so you know what to expect. You leave with direction, clarity, and a plan we build together.
