Amy is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over a decade of healthcare experience. With extensive expertise, Amy specializes in supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including Neurodevelopmental & Mood Disorders like Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Bipolar I & II, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, OCD, and Postpartum Depression. She also offers Specialized Care such as breastfeeding/medication management support and various forms of disordered eating with weight management concerns (binge eating, “food noise,” emotional eating, yo-yo dieting), as well as affirming care for the LGBTQIA+ community. Amy is passionate about helping adults address and overcome the deep-seated effects of childhood dysfunction, including experiences with narcissistic/emotionally unavailable parents, neglect, and adverse home environments or socioeconomic challenges.
