More About Me

Hi there, I’m Natalie Jagarnauth

If you’ve been feeling anxious, stuck, or like you’re carrying more than you can handle, you’re in the right place. Many people come to me when they feel overwhelmed by their thoughts, unsure why their mood changes so quickly, or tired of pretending they are okay. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, or the emotional weight of stress and life pressures, I am here to help you feel more balanced, clear, and in control of your life again.

My focus

I specialize in supporting teens and adults who are facing:
• Anxiety and depression
• ADHD and attention difficulties
• Bipolar disorder and mood swings
• Disordered eating including binge eating and emotional eating
• Stress management and burnout
• Insomnia and sleep problems
• Low self-esteem and negative self-talk
• Infidelity, relationship pain, and trust struggles
• Emotional overwhelm and difficulty coping
• General mood disorders and emotional instability

Many of the people I work with feel trapped in cycles of doubt, fear, or worry. Together we identify what is happening beneath the surface and build tools that help you feel stronger, steadier, and more connected to who you want to be.

My communication style

I speak clearly, calmly, and with compassion. I make sure you always feel safe to open up and ask questions. My style is honest and supportive, helping you understand your symptoms in simple terms while giving you practical steps you can actually use in your day to day life.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for mental health care grew from my own lived experiences and my cultural background. I saw how mental health struggles impact individuals, families, and communities, often silently and without support. That understanding shaped my commitment to helping people feel understood, respected, and truly supported through their healing.

My first session with you

Our first session is focused on connection and understanding. We talk about what brought you in, what feels hardest right now, and what you want your life to look like moving forward. If needed, we complete a simple evaluation or screening. You leave with a plan and a clear sense of direction.
